1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
2. Act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador, embodying core competencies such as customer focus, drive for results, and creativity.
3. Support daily store operations, including sales processing, returns, and inventory management.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards and adhere to operational policies and procedures.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build effective relationships.

A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $17.85 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
