1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Swatch products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
6. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous retail experience preferred, particularly in luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

At least one year of experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

High school diploma or equivalent.
