1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Swatch products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Swatch products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
4. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, adhering to Swatch's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in Dutch and English.
