1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Swatch products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Swatch products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Manage point-of-sale processes, including handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
