- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge.
- Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Uphold workplace safety standards.
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts; flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills.
- Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.

- Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories. Experience working with POS systems.
Starting base pay of $15.45 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
The position is part-time, requiring 15 or more hours per week on average, with open availability to meet business needs. The role involves moderate physical effort, significant walking and standing, and requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding up to 35 lbs.
