1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
2. Act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's core competencies.
3. Support daily store operations, including processing sales and returns, and managing inventory.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards.

1. At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. Experience working with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build effective relationships.
3. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
4. High energy and enthusiasm for sales in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 1 year in retail sales, ideally within the fashion or accessories sector.

Starting base pay of $15.45 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
