1. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior sales experience.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate sales targets through effective customer relationship management.
3. Assist in both sales and post-sales processes.
4. Organize the store to maintain a tidy sales floor, back office, and inventory.
5. Ensure the accurate representation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images.

1. Experience in retail, including sales, returns management, and order handling.
2. Commercial orientation with a dynamic and flexible approach.
3. Availability to work on rotating shifts.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly.
6. Inherent problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office, and communication applications.
2. Familiarity with main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.
3. Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in a retail environment is required.
