1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Swatch products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the point-of-sale system.
4. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
5. Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks.
6. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and performance metrics.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
