Swatch Sales Assistant

1. Deliver an outstanding customer journey from greeting to sale, tailoring advice and storytelling to individual clients for Swatch and Flik Flak collections.
2. Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and handle cash/cards with accuracy and compliance to company procedures.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays to reflect brand campaigns and maximise conversion.
4. Manage stockroom activities including inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving deliveries.
5. Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining brand presentation and customer service KPIs.
6. Support daily store operations: opening/closing, housekeeping, and collaboration with the store team on events and promotions.

1. Proven customer-facing experience in retail, ideally in watches, jewellery or fashion.
2. Comfortable working a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
4. Numerical literacy and attention to detail for till operation and stock control.
5. Right to work in Germany for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

Previous retail experience is required, preferably with at least one year in a customer-facing sales role; experience in watches, jewellery or premium fashion retail is advantageous.

Secondary school completion (or equivalent); vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.
