1. Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of the latest watch trends.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, utilizing storytelling to engage customers with product knowledge.
3. Perform daily operational tasks such as cash handling, processing customer complaints, and managing orders.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines from headquarters to maintain an optimal store appearance.

1. Previous experience in retail or a related field with lifestyle products.
2. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on structured and organized work.
3. Ability to work flexible retail hours as part of an enthusiastic team.
