Swatch Sales Assistant

1. Deliver exemplary, brand‑compliant client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships to drive sales and client retention.
2. Advise customers on product features, collections and after‑sales services with specialist knowledge of watches and related accessories.
3. Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage receipts and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, prepare product displays and execute store layouts in accordance with brand guidelines.
5. Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and shrinkage control.
6. Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive in‑store atmosphere.

1. Proven customer‑facing experience in retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
2. Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented demeanour; ability to engage diverse clientele.
3. Numerical accuracy and reliability in cash handling and POS transactions.
4. Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
5. Right to work in Italy and legal eligibility to accept a temporary contract.

Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or commerce is an advantage.
