Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and major retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, such as Swatch Stores, Shop-in-Shop corners in De Bijenkorf, the Tourbillon Boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Advise international customers on the purchase of watches and jewelry.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador and advisor, representing the company's prestigious brands.
3. Act as the primary contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales support.
4. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer interactions.

1. MBO level of education or equivalent experience.
2. Previous experience in retail sales.
3. Excellent communication and commercial skills.
4. Proactive, independent, and collegial team player.
5. Driven, entrepreneurial, and initiative-taking personality.
6. Sales and results-oriented.
7. Presentable and flexible in availability.

1. Strong proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
2. Proficiency in an additional language such as English, French, or German is advantageous.

Previous experience in retail sales is required.

MBO level of education or equivalent experience.
