1. Advise international customers on the purchase of watches and jewelry, serving as a brand ambassador.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales inquiries.
3. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer engagement.

1. MBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience as a sales associate in retail.
3. Excellent communication and commercial skills.
4. Proactive, independent, and collegial team player.
5. Driven, entrepreneurial, and initiative-taking personality.
6. Sales and results-oriented.
7. Presentable and flexible in availability.

1. Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
2. Knowledge of an additional foreign language such as English, French, or German is advantageous.

Previous experience in retail sales is required.

MBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
