Swatch Retail Sales Associate

The Swatch Group Netherlands is the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Operating from the headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and manages its own retail outlets, including Swatch Stores and Shop-in-Shop corners.

1. Advise international customers on purchasing watches and jewelry.
2. Act as a brand ambassador and advisor for various brands.
3. Serve as the point of contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales.
4. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer interaction.
