Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies to independent jewelers and large retail chains, and manages a growing number of proprietary retail outlets including Swatch Stores, Shop-in-Shop corners in De Bijenkorf, the Tourbillon Boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Advise international customers on the purchase of watches and jewelry.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador and advisor for various brands.
3. Act as the main point of contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales.
4. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer engagement.

2. Experience as a sales associate.

Previous retail sales experience is required.

MBO level education or equivalent.
