1. Engage customers with enthusiasm and share in-depth knowledge about Swatch products and their history.
2. Provide a warm, welcoming, and courteous reception to all clientele.
3. Execute sales transactions and manage cash register operations independently, including opening and closing procedures.
4. Receive, verify, and merchandise products appropriately.
5. Participate in after-sales service and minor repairs.
6. Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and product displays.

1. Commercial education equivalent to Bac to Bac+2.
2. Initial experience in retail sales, preferably within the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors.
3. Passion for the watchmaking and luxury industry.
4. Strong product sensitivity and sector knowledge.
