1. Engage customers by sharing knowledge about Swatch products and their history.
2. Provide a warm, welcoming, and courteous customer experience.
3. Conduct sales transactions and handle cash register operations.
4. Open and close the store in collaboration with a team member.
5. Receive and verify merchandise, ensuring proper merchandising display.
6. Participate in after-sales service and minor repairs.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product display.
