1. Provide exceptional customer service and promote Swatch products to achieve sales targets.
2. Assist in managing the shop floor and deputize for the manager and assistant manager when necessary.
3. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the product range and functions of Swatch products.
4. Display merchandise as directed and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
5. Monitor and guide colleagues on the shop floor to ensure best practices are followed.
6. Assist in controlling shrinkage and ensure secure handling of transactions.
7. Maintain accurate reporting of administration and stock control.
8. Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
9. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, adhering to company policies.
10. Attend and conduct briefing sessions as required.
11. Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge.
12. Support the store management team in leading and inspiring colleagues.

Previous experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred. Supervisory experience and the ability to communicate in multiple languages are advantageous.
