1. Greet and serve all customers, providing a friendly service and delivering a memorable experience.
2. Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information to customers.
3. Provide reliable information on sales and customer service matters.
4. Help display merchandise as directed.
5. Contribute to the store reaching its sales targets.
6. Assist in controlling shrinkage through attentive action and adherence to policies.
7. Handle all transactions responsibly and securely.
8. Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
9. Adhere to company policies and attend briefing sessions.
10. Attend regular training days and maintain product knowledge.

1. Experience within retail and/or fashion accessories.
2. Ability to accommodate shifts and longer trading hours.
3. Experience dealing with international customers.
4. Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
