Responsibilities
- Greet and serve all customers, providing a friendly service and delivering a memorable experience.
- Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information to customers.
- Provide reliable information on sales and customer service matters.
- Help display merchandise as directed.
- Contribute to the store reaching its sales targets.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage through attentive action and adherence to policies.
- Handle all transactions responsibly and securely.
- Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and attend briefing sessions.
- Attend regular training days and maintain product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience within retail and/or fashion accessories.
- Ability to accommodate shifts and longer trading hours.
- Experience dealing with international customers.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Experience Requirements
