1. Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Swatch products, both current and historical.
3. Assist in achieving the store's sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
5. Handle cash and payment transactions securely and responsibly.
6. Assist in controlling shrinkage and maintaining store security.
7. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including opening and closing protocols.

1. Experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and events.
3. Experience dealing with international customers is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
