Swatch Retail Sales Advisor

1. Greet and serve all customers, providing a friendly service and delivering a memorable experience.
2. Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, to provide detailed information to customers.
3. Provide reliable information to customers regarding sales and customer service.
4. Help display merchandise as directed.
5. Contribute to the store reaching its sales targets.
6. Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor.
7. Maintain correct processing of all deliveries.
8. Handle all transactions responsibly and securely.
9. Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
10. Attend briefing sessions and adhere to company policies.
11. Attend regular training days and take responsibility for understanding new products.

1. Experience within retail and/or fashion accessories
2. Ability to communicate in multiple languages

Experience dealing with international customers is preferred.

Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.
