Swatch Retail Sales Advisor

- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
- Greet and serve customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, including past and present collections.
- Deliver accurate information to customers regarding sales and customer service inquiries.
- Assist in merchandise display and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Control shrinkage through attentive merchandise handling and adherence to security protocols.
- Execute cash handling and payment transactions responsibly and securely.
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and adheres to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred.
- Flexibility to accommodate shifts, extended trading hours, and events.
- Experience with international customers is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is preferred.
- Commercial focus with a strong desire to exceed KPIs.
- Exceptional customer service skills
