Responsibilities
- Greet and serve all customers, providing a friendly and memorable experience.
- Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present.
- Provide reliable information to customers regarding sales and customer service.
- Help display merchandise as directed.
- Contribute to the store reaching its sales targets.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage and maintain security awareness.
- Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly.
- Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Attend regular training days and briefings.
Qualifications
- Experience within retail and/or fashion accessories.
- Ability to accommodate shifts and longer trading hours.
- Experience dealing with international customers.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
