Swatch Retail Sales Advisor

- Provide exceptional customer service and promote Swatch products to meet sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, including past and present collections.
- Ensure accurate and reliable information is provided to customers regarding guarantees and after-sales services.
- Assist in merchandise display and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Oversee and mentor colleagues on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Control shrinkage through attentive action on the shop floor and adherence to security protocols.
- Handle transactions responsibly and securely, following company policies for store opening and closing.
- Report accurately on administration and stock control, and collate sales figures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and delegate tasks to ensure productivity during peak times.
- Conduct and attend briefing sessions, and communicate effectively with all levels within the store and Swatch Group.
- Participate in regular training programs and deliver product knowledge to colleagues and customers.
- Assist store management in leading and inspiring the team, ensuring service standards align with Swatch guidelines.
- Passion for leading, motivating, and engaging a team.
- Drive to improve conversion rates and meet store KPIs.
- Ability to develop team members through constructive feedback.
- Commitment to providing an exemplary customer experience.
- Initiative to support store management and suggest improvements.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques.
- Knowledge of retail operations and security procedures.
- Ability to train others and share product knowledge effectively.
Previous experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred, with supervisory experience being advantageous. Experience dealing with international customers is also beneficial.
