1. Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
2. Act as a liaison between store staff, corporate office, and headquarters.
3. Ensure a consistent and respectable store experience for customers.
4. Strategically and efficiently manage store operations according to company standards.
5. Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs.
6. Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
7. Ensure proper staffing through recruitment and retention.
8. Create and foster a nourishing environment for team success.
9. Develop and guide a large team of employees.

1. 3-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
2. Passion for delivering the Swatch brand culture.

4. Ability to lead and sustain a cohesive store operation.
5. Team-oriented mindset.

3-5 years of retail store management experience, with a preference for specialty retail.

Annual salary range: $100,000 - $105,000.
