1. Achieve goals through execution of productivity programs, team-member coaching, and excellent client service.
2. Act as a liaison between store staff, corporate office, and headquarters.
3. Ensure a consistent and respectable store experience for customers.
4. Think strategically and efficiently while managing the store according to company standards.
5. Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs.
6. Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
7. Ensure proper staffing through recruitment and retention.
8. Create and foster a nourishing environment for the team.
9. Develop and guide a large team of employees.

1. 3-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred
2. Passion for delivering the Swatch brand culture

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
2. Ability to lead and sustain an efficiently operating and cohesive store
3. Team-oriented

Annual Salary Range: $100 - 105K
