Swatch Retail Logistics Coordinator

1. Coordinate the full logistic process for retail material.
2. Request transport quotations from nominated forwarders.
3. Place shipping orders and follow up on deliveries.
4. Contact suppliers, forwarders, and customers.
5. Place orders to listed suppliers and give shipping orders to listed forwarders.
6. Fulfill administrative tasks linked to projects, including order requests and transport cost estimation.
7. Ensure budgeted transportation costs are respected for each project.
8. Transfer data in ERP system and obtain relevant shipping documents from Invoicing/Export team.
9. Manage claims for damaged or lost goods and track shipping.
10. Ensure correct re-invoicing to customers for material and related freight costs.
11. Track shipments end-to-end and provide up-to-date information.
12. Ensure all relevant information is in RetailNet and all steps are completed correctly.
13. Propose corrective and preventive actions when needed.
14. Complete or assist with miscellaneous orders as needed.
15. Ensure replacement during absences.

1. Strong background in logistics/transportation with 5 years of experience in a similar position.

1. Good command of Microsoft Office suite.
2. Knowledge of SAP SD module.
3. Familiarity with the full ordering process of sales and purchase orders.
4. Proactive team player with the ability to anticipate needs and situations.
5. Attentive, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
6. Solution-oriented and active listener.

5 years of experience in a similar logistics/transportation position.
