1. Coordinate the full logistics process for retail materials, including requesting transport quotations, placing shipping orders, and following up on deliveries.
2. Maintain communication with suppliers, forwarders, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
3. Fulfill administrative tasks related to projects, such as order requests and transport cost estimations.
4. Ensure adherence to budgeted transportation costs for each project.
5. Transfer data into the ERP system and obtain relevant shipping documents from the Invoicing/Export team.
6. Manage claims related to damaged or lost goods and track shipments.
7. Ensure accurate re-invoicing to customers for materials and related freight costs.
8. Track shipments end-to-end and provide up-to-date information on current shipments.
9. Ensure all relevant information is recorded in RetailNet and all steps are completed correctly.
10. Propose corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
11. Assist with miscellaneous orders as needed and ensure coverage during absences.

1. Strong background in logistics and transportation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SAP SD module.
3. Familiarity with the full ordering process of sales and purchase orders.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation in a similar position.
