1. Oversee and manage retail operations across multiple store locations within the designated area.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
3. Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to enhance productivity and customer service.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to optimize product displays and promotions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
