- Conduct training needs analysis across the APAC region to identify skill gaps and align with organizational objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service, and leadership development.
- Customize training programs to address cultural and regional differences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers across the APAC region to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Develop and implement tools to measure training effectiveness and align with KPIs.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to refine training programs continuously.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly in retail and luxury industries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training aligns with company objectives and market needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Learning & Development or training management, preferably within retail, luxury, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital training tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with strong analytical skills to assess needs and recommend improvements.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region.
Minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development, training management, or a similar role, preferably in retail, luxury, or consumer goods sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
