- Drive revenue growth and manage commercial relationships with retailers, chains, and department stores in Western France.
- Implement Swatch and Flik Flak's marketing and sales strategies to enhance business performance.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and manage the selective distribution network.
- Present products and related services to brand partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Promote new collections and optimize product assortment and stock levels for clients.
- Analyze performance indicators and enhance economic outcomes.
- Report on sales activities to the Sales Manager.
- Increase brand visibility in partner stores through negotiation of permanent or event-specific displays and execute merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- A passion for Swatch products and brands, coupled with a strong competitive spirit.
- A higher education degree in commerce or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of successful field sales experience.
