Swatch Regional Sales Manager
The Swatch Group is an international company comprising 16 watchmaking brands, including Omega, Breguet, Blancpain, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Mido, Hamilton, Swatch, and Flik Flak. It specializes in the production and sale of watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. Swatch is known for creating diverse and original models that cater to a wide audience, with 'Swiss made' watches recognized worldwide for their excellent quality and inspiration from artistic, sports, fashion, and lifestyle domains.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and manage the selective distribution network.
- Present products and related services of the brands.
- Ensure customer service and relationship management.
- Promote new collections.
- Optimize assortment and stock levels for each client.
- Analyze performance indicators and optimize economic performance.
- Report tour activities to the Sales Manager.
- Increase brand visibility in partner stores through negotiation of permanent or event-based displays and merchandising.
- Higher education in commerce.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful field sales experience.
- Ideally based in the Nantes region.
- Passion for products and brands.
- Challenge-driven attitude.

The position is itinerant 4 days a week with an administrative day on Monday, covering various departments in the West of France. The role is ideally based in the Nantes region.
