1. Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
2. Develop and manage the selective distribution network.
3. Present products and related services of the Swatch and Flik Flak brands.
4. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
5. Promote new collections and optimize product assortment and stock levels.
6. Analyze performance indicators and enhance economic outcomes.
7. Report on sales tours to the Sales Manager.
8. Increase brand visibility in partner boutiques through negotiation and merchandising.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful field sales experience.

2. Proven ability to meet sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a successful field sales role is required.
