1. Develop and manage sales revenue and commercial relationships with retailers, chains, and department stores in Western France.
2. Implement marketing and commercial strategies for Swatch and Flik Flak brands to enhance sales performance.
3. Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
4. Expand and manage the selective distribution network.
5. Present products and associated services to clients.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
7. Promote new collections and optimize product assortment and stock levels for each client.
8. Analyze performance indicators and optimize economic performance.
9. Report on sales tours to the Sales Manager.
10. Enhance brand visibility in partner boutiques through negotiation of permanent or event-specific displays and merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze and optimize sales performance indicators.

Minimum of 3 years of successful field sales experience.
