1. Lead quality assurance activities from prototyping to product release in collaboration with Quality and Project teams.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and coordinate with development teams on preventive and corrective actions.
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements such as REACH, ROHS, and CPSC.
4. Manage the release of chemical and physical homologations for new product launches.
5. Provide technical support to internal and external partners on specific projects.
6. Create and maintain Quality Project Reporting Tools and KPI follow-up systems.
7. Perform audits of internal and external suppliers and monitor the implementation of action plans.
8. Validate initial samples and oversee product testing.
9. Develop, review, and update processes and workflows to ensure continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
2. Several years of experience in quality and project management.

1. Proficiency in quality methods and tools such as 8D, FMEA, MSA, and Quality Core Tools.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
3. Fluency in English and French; German is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with measuring, testing, and manufacturing processes.
5. Auditor qualification (1st & 2nd Party Auditor) is a plus.

Several years of experience in quality and project management within an international company.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
