1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in watchmaking.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within the luxury manufacturing industry.
