1. Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and personalized service.
2. Engage customers with enthusiasm, sharing knowledge about Swatch products and their history.
3. Greet customers warmly and courteously.
4. Conduct sales transactions and manage cash register operations.
5. Open and close the store in collaboration with a team member.
6. Receive and verify merchandise, ensuring proper merchandising display.
7. Participate in after-sales service and minor repairs.
8. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
