1. Provide exceptional sales experiences to customers, ensuring their desires are met.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate goals by managing customer relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the accurate presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images.

1. Experience in retail, including sales, returns, and order management.
2. Commercial orientation and dynamic, flexible approach.
3. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly, including objection and conflict management.
6. Natural problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, and communication applications.
2. Familiarity with main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology use.

Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is required.
