1. Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring it is tidy and visually appealing.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
4. Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Italian and a good command of English.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Basic numeracy and IT skills for handling transactions.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
