1. Provide exceptional sales experiences to customers, ensuring their needs and desires are met.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing customer relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the proper presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images.

1. Experience in retail, including sales, returns management, and order processing.
2. Commercial orientation and flexibility.
3. Availability to work in rotating shifts.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly.
3. Problem-solving aptitude.
4. Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office suite, and communication applications.
5. High affinity for technology use.

Previous experience in retail environments is required, particularly in sales and customer service roles.
