Swatch Part-Time Keyholder

1. Open and close the boutique as a designated keyholder, ensuring security procedures and cash reconciliation are completed accurately.
2. Deliver outstanding client service and proactive clienteling to build repeat business and meet sales targets.
3. Supervise and support sales staff in the absence of the store manager, providing coaching and direction during shifts.
4. Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain inventory accuracy and support replenishment and stockroom organisation.
5. Operate the POS system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
6. Assist with local store administrative tasks including staff scheduling, shift handovers and basic reporting.

1. Minimum one year of retail sales experience; prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role preferred.
2. Proven ability to deliver premium client service in a luxury or lifestyle retail environment.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
4. Trustworthy with demonstrated experience in cash handling and store security procedures.
5. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience with at least some responsibility for opening/closing or supervisory tasks; experience in luxury, watches, jewellery or premium lifestyle retail strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
