- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the store by maintaining keyholder responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Support sales staff in achieving sales targets and store goals.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 1 year in a retail environment, with experience in a keyholder or supervisory position preferred.
