1. Manage and coordinate shipping operations, serving as a pivotal liaison with Swatch's export team.
2. Oversee operational shipping activities, including shipment management, allocation, palletization, wrapping, and strapping.
3. Ensure order and delivery tracking in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Facilitate product handover to carriers and logistics providers.
5. Optimize shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Estimate and communicate upcoming shipment volumes and weights.
7. Assist in the preparation of shipping documents such as invoices and delivery notes.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, export) to ensure seamless communication and swift problem resolution.
9. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements.
10. Adhere to known shipper and security regulations.
11. Manage teams in the absence of the Team Leader.

1. Logistics training or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in SAP ERP.
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.

Experience in logistics or a related field is required, with a focus on shipping operations and team management.
