1. Oversee all IT-related processes within the organization, including IT security management, system monitoring, and maintenance.
2. Manage SQL databases and liaise with IT suppliers for equipment and service procurement.
3. Create and manage user accounts in collaboration with HR, and organize IT training sessions.
4. Develop and maintain IT service quality and operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
5. Provide local IT support for devices such as printers, scanners, telephony systems, and network connections.
6. Install equipment in offices and retail locations, and assist in setting up IT infrastructure in new stores.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs for end-user assistance.
8. Manage IT budgets and procurement processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and system infrastructure.
4. Knowledge of current hardware, networking, IT protocols, standards, VPN, and firewall technologies.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory Environment and Microsoft Office, including email.
6. Experience with virtualization (VMWare), Cisco Switching, LAN, WiFi, and VOIP, as well as mobile technologies iOS and Android.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar IT coordination role, with a focus on IT and system infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
