Swatch IT Coordinator

The Swatch Group Netherlands is the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and operates its own retail outlets, including Swatch Stores and the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam.

1. Coordinate IT processes related to hardware and software.
2. Manage IT security, monitor and maintain IT systems, and communication solutions.
3. Administer the SQL database and manage IT supplier relationships.
4. Procure IT equipment and services.
5. Create and manage user accounts in collaboration with HR.
6. Organize and facilitate IT training sessions.
7. Develop and maintain IT service quality and operations.
8. Provide local IT support for devices, telephony systems, and network connections.
9. Install equipment in offices and stores.
10. Assist in setting up IT infrastructure in new stores.
11. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs.
12. Manage IT budgets and procurement processes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and system infrastructure.
4. Knowledge of current hardware, network, IT protocols, and standards, including VPN and Firewall technology.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory Environment and Microsoft Office.
6. Experience with virtualization (VMWare), Cisco Switching, LAN, WiFi, and VOIP.
7. Experience with mobile technology (iOS and Android).

4. Fluent in Dutch and English.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT role with expertise in IT and system infrastructure.
