The Swatch Group Netherlands operates as the sales organization for these prestigious brands within the Dutch market. Based in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Oversee all IT-related processes within the organization, ensuring comprehensive management from hardware to software.
2. Manage IT security, monitor and maintain IT systems, and oversee communication and connectivity solutions.
3. Administer the SQL database and liaise with IT vendors for procurement of equipment and services.
4. Create and manage user accounts in collaboration with HR, and organize IT training and development programs.
5. Provide local IT support for devices such as printers, scanners, telephony systems, and network connections (LAN and Wi-Fi).
6. Install equipment both in office and retail environments.
7. Assist in setting up and configuring IT infrastructure for new store locations.
8. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to support end users.
9. Manage IT budgets and procurement processes.
10. Continuously develop and enhance the quality of IT services and operations while maintaining cost efficiency.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and system infrastructure.
4. Knowledge of current hardware, network protocols, IT standards, VPN, and Firewall technology.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory Environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience with virtualization (VMWare), Cisco Switching, LAN, WiFi, and VOIP, as well as mobile technology (iOS and Android).

4. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT coordination or a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
