Headquartered in Eindhoven, this entity supplies independent jewelers and major retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Oversee all IT-related processes within the organization, including hardware and software management.
2. Manage IT security, monitor and maintain IT systems, and oversee communication and connectivity solutions.
3. Administer the SQL database and liaise with IT suppliers for procurement of equipment and services.
4. Create and manage user accounts in collaboration with HR, and organize IT training sessions.
5. Develop and maintain local IT support systems, including printers, scanners, telephony systems, and network connections (LAN and Wi-Fi).
6. Install equipment in offices and retail locations, and assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new stores.
7. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist end-users.
8. Manage IT budgets and procurement processes.
9. Continuously develop and enhance the quality of IT services and operations while maintaining cost efficiency.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT and system infrastructure.
4. Knowledge of current hardware, networking, IT protocols, standards, VPN, and Firewall technologies.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory Environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience with virtualization (VMWare), Cisco Switching, LAN, WiFi, and VOIP, as well as mobile technologies iOS and Android.
7. Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
8. Proactive, independent, and collaborative.
9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar IT coordination role, with demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
