1. Manage employee relations and address inquiries and concerns.
2. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
3. Administer compensation and benefits programs.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Conduct performance management and improvement systems.
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate training and development initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
4. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role is required, ideally within the luxury or retail sectors.
