1. Coordinate HR processes and initiatives to support organizational goals.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precision and confidentiality.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
5. Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
6. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
