1. Drive and promote the Group's HR policies within the assigned brand.
2. Oversee staff administration, including labor relations, social security, tax procedures, and disciplinary policies.
3. Manage legal conflicts and provide labor advice.
4. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
5. Analyze and report HR KPIs.
6. Design and implement hiring processes and recruitment strategies for sales and middle management profiles.
7. Manage and monitor training initiatives.
8. Conduct annual performance appraisals and design job profiles and internal development scales.
9. Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and incentive schemes.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Previous experience in HR within the retail sector.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
