1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for retail operations.
2. Provide expert HR guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process for retail positions.
4. Oversee employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
5. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
6. Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives.
7. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in retail.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
3. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
