1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in retail.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the retail sector.
