1. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
2. Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Facilitate communication between HR and other departments.
5. Assist in the organization of company events and training sessions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
