Swatch Health and Safety Manager

Distico, the logistics hub for Swatch and Flik Flak, plays a pivotal role in distributing these iconic brands worldwide.
- Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of the safety program across Distico production sites in Biel and Sion (80%) and for Swatch Retail (20%)
- Ensure continuous monitoring and communication of health and safety performance, while promoting a safety culture through employee training
- Support management teams in achieving health and safety objectives
- Track health and safety data and updates through statistical analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor the risk analysis program for safety and health
- Participate in risk analyses, inspections, controls, and audits of workstations for Distico and Swatch Retail
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Deploy training programs in retail stores, including first aid and emergency response
- Coordinate and train first aid teams (Samaritans)
- Oversee the emergency plan for accidents and health incidents, leading the corporate Samaritan team
- Coordinate safety equipment and technical installation inspections, ensuring legal compliance
- Ensure ergonomic compliance of workstations
- Manage keys and lockers
- Assist in organizing on-site events
- Conduct staff training according to compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to current regulations
- Update and communicate information to management
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (STPS)
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment
- Dynamic and communicative with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Proficient in French with good knowledge of German; English is an advantage
Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a production setting.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (STPS)
