1. Assemble all case components and ensure the waterproofness of the case.
2. Perform full service on movements, including dismantling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting.
3. Conduct technical repairs and services on multiple brands according to established guidelines.
4. Analyze and determine the appropriate methodology for movement repairs.
5. Develop or utilize adequate tools or processes to address issues during the repair process.
6. Coordinate with the team to maintain equipment, order consumables, and ensure smooth operations.
7. Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready to wear.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

1. Proficiency in servicing basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
2. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
3. Customer service focus with a drive for excellence.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment.
5. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Experience in watch repair, servicing movements, and assembling cases, with a focus on Swatch Group brands.

Basic Certificate in Watch Repair or equivalent apprenticeship.
