1. Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting for optimal performance.
2. Execute technical repairs and services on Omega brand watches in accordance with established guidelines.
3. Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
4. Develop or utilize suitable tools and processes to address issues encountered during repairs.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, including equipment maintenance and consumable ordering.
6. Ensure all customer service requirements are met, delivering watches ready for wear.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

1. Proficiency in servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph movements.
2. Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

5. Enthusiasm and self-motivation.

Experience in watch repair, particularly with Omega brand watches, is essential. Expertise in handling various types of movements, including mechanical, quartz, and chronographs, is required.

Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
