1. Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting for optimal performance.
2. Execute technical repairs and services on Omega brand watches in accordance with established brand guidelines.
3. Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for repairing movements.
4. Utilize or develop suitable tools and processes to address issues encountered during the repair process.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining equipment, tools, and ordering consumables.
6. Ensure all customer-required services are completed, and the watch is ready for wear.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

Experience servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.

Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course for partial repairs.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
