- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
- Ensure all watches meet the company's quality standards before release.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and techniques.
- Certification in watchmaking or horology.
- Proven experience in watch repair and maintenance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using watchmaking tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in watchmaking or a related field is required.
Certification in watchmaking or a related field is preferred.
